Jack Albert Douglas, 49, of Great Cacapon, WV passed away Monday, June 13, 2016. Born October 27, 1966 in Washington, D.C., he was the son of Robert James and Cathy Darlene (Hazard) Douglas of Falling Waters, WV. In addition to his parents, Jack is survived by his wife, Melissa Douglas; three daughters, Crystal Douglas, Kierstin Marks, and Kaylee Douglas; and three grandchildren, Jacklynn Bartley, Elena Bartley, and Avery Rider. He was preceded in death by one brother, Keith Douglas; son-in-law, Travis Bartley; and Travis' father, William Bartley. Jack, Travis and Willie enjoyed competing in tractor pulling and won First Place in their last pull together. Jack was a carpenter by trade and enjoyed refinishing furniture. Services will be 2pm Monday, June 20, 2016 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Hagerstown, MD. The family will receive friends, Sunday from 2 to 4pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to defray the funeral expense.
