Zachary Winters Obituary
Zachary was one of a kind. His loyalty and innate force to protect were strong qualities that shown through until the very end. He had a deep love for his friends and family. He treated everyone equally with a kind heart and an open mind. His strong passion for people and service allowed him to succeed in restaurant management. He was an energetic young man that thrived in athletics, enjoyed a great workout and loved to have a good time.
Zachary was a very proud father of his three daughters and one son, Ava R. Winters, Ella R. Winters, Chloe J. Winters and Ezra J.R. Winters. Zachary was the son of Mark R. Waller and Stephanie Long Asbury and her husband, Randy. In addition to his children and parents, Zachary was survived by his siblings Gary M. Winters, Nathan C. Waller, Madison G.M. Waller, Brady A. Winters, Darin E. Winters, Bradley S. Asbury and Randhi J. Asbury. He also leaves his maternal grandparents, William B. and Susan B. Long; and paternal grandparents, Larry M. and Patricia M. Waller.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick. The family will receive friends 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm, Monday, February 27, 2017 and from 10-11 am Tuesday, prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Zachary's name to the Heartly House, P.O. Box 857, Frederick, MD 21705

I went to Elementary, middle and some high school with Zach. He was definitely one of a kind. I will always remember him coming to my house in his bike/skateboard and just hanging out. He had a smile that was brighter then the sun and a laugh that was so contagious it made you laugh. Rip in peace Zach and my thoughts and prayers go out to your family. We will surely be missed.

Zach, really there are no words to express how I am feeling. You were taken way too soon, but I am certain God has a plan for you. Maybe to be an angel of protection, as you were never afraid to stand up for what was right. No matter what, I know that you will shake things up, up there and keep them on their toes, and will constantly be looking down on us cheering us on, as we go on without you. Please visit your mom regularly as her heart is broken more than I can experss. A Mother's love is like no other, so please watch out for her. Fly high Zach....you will be missed.
