Nettie Rudy Obituary
Mrs. Nettie Catherine Rudy,79,Myersville, died Sunday March 16 at Reeder's Memorial Home in Boonsboro. She was the wife of Wilmer L. Rudy.

Born in New Market on October 17, 1934 she was a daughter of the late C. Lloyd and Josephine Ruth Wolfe Michael. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Myersville and retired from State Farm Insurence Co in Frederick after 29


Surviving, besides her husband, are:

3 children - Susan C. Smith and husband William- Frederick; Ronald L. Rudy and wife Susan -Mt. Airy ;

Lisa A. Olney and husband David - Myersville

8 grandchildren - Joseph Shatzer, Mary Shatzer, Daniel Rudy and wife Tabitha; Adam Rudy and significant other Mallory; Shawn, Emily, Maria,and Kasenia Olney

1 greatgrandchild - Anaya

3 sisters - Gloria Jean Toms - Frederick; Joyce Forsythe- and Phyllis King - both of Myersville

a brother-in-law - M. Lee Ropp - Myersville

She was predeceased by her sister Dorthalee Ropp and brothers-in -law Donnie Toms, Jack Forsythe, Kenneth King.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday March 19 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the Donald B. Thompson Funeral Home, 31 E. Main St., Middletown.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM on Thursday march 20 from St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Myersville. Rev. David Howell will officiate. Interment will be made in the the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, POB 13, Myersville, MD 21773.
