Helen Lillian Deener Obituary
Helen "Bonnie" Lillian Deener, 75, of Rohrersville, MD passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at Fahrney Keedy Nursing Home in Boonsboro, MD.
Born April 18, 1938 in Harpers Ferry, WV, she was the daughter of the late Lester Miller Reynolds and Lucille Crum Reynolds.
She was a member of Sandy Hook United Methodist Church and Women of the Moose in Charles Town, WV.
She is survived by two daughters, Debbie Ramsburg and husband, Wayne of Rohrersville, MD; and Denise Holmes and husband, Richard of Harpers Ferry, WV; three grandsons, Bruce Ransburg of Buckley, Washington; Cody Holmes and Curtis Holmes, both of Harpers Ferry, WV; three sisters, Doris Izzo of Monrovia, MD; Margaret Webber of Gapland, MD and Evelyn Himes of Knoxville, MD and one brother, Bernard Reynolds of Myrtle Beach, SC.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Eugene Deener in 1995, 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Pastor Harold Jones, Jr. officiating. Interment will be in Brownsville Heights Cemetery in Brownsville, MD.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 7-9 pm.
