Steve was my kind, friendly, smart, can fix anything neighbor. I loved as a kid watching him and his family pull there boat and rv out of storage to the front of my house. Washing his car ALL the time, and playing ball with curtis. I always thought to myself how lucky I was to have neighbors like Steve and Carmen, always giving and friendly. I don't think I've ever met anybody who smiled so much like Steve did. When I first found out about Steve's health, I was so worried and devastated. I kept praying and praying, and I had my youth group pray for him as well. I just felt such a drawing in my spirit to battle on his behalf in my prayer time. I'm so happy that you were a follow of our King and that one day I will get to see you again. Love you Steve! - Katie (your neighbor)

Carmen and Curtis: Losing a loved one is never easy to accept and often painful. The greater the love for one another, the deeper the pain. We are praying that the certainty and knowledge of knowing that Steve is comfortably and joyfully with the Lord and without any pain and suffering will give you some comfort and strength to help you through this time of mourning and healing. Please accept our sympathy and heartfelt condolences. With love and great BIG HUGS,

Carmen and Curtis we are so sorry for your loss. We only heard just now, and all I could do was cry. I have prayed and war fared for Steve and think about him often. I am so sorry and if there is anything we can do for you, help with taking Curtis to practice to and from school, let us know we do it for our grand kids and it would be an honor to do it for Curtis. Love and Prayers to you and your family, Len and Kathy
