My condolences to the family of Marie Edwards. I think I remember meeting her once or twice, but I certainly remember meeting at least three of her children, Reba, Eddie & Anna, many times in my classroom
I am confident Marie's great children learned their exemplary way of life from their mom; I am sure that mom was very proud of them as she should have been.
My days at WUHS were a great part of my life as I hope it was for Marie's children. To find the connection with the Tarlton family only makes that more meaningful.
My wishes of the best for the Edwards children and their families.
Sincerely,
Bill Schulz

Marie was such a beautiful woman inside and out. I have so many fond memories of spending time in her home. From her watching my hem line and how much makeup I was wearing, to baking cookies and pizza in her kitchen. I always felt welcomed and loved everytime I entered her home. She was a woman of great character, which I greatly admired. I am blessed to have known someone so special. My prayers and thoughts go out to the family. Terry Gipson Nash

We all loved Marie and have very good memories of times spent with her and Ray at their home or at other family gatherings. We are blessed to have known her and to be a part of her "extended" family. We are praying for all of her family and ours, that God will be with you in the difficult days without her.
