Mike Villa Amparano of Pinedale, CA went to be with our Lord peacefully on Sunday, August 17, 2014, surrounded by his loving family and friends. Mike was born in Buckeye, AZ, on January 8, 1935, to Frank and Rita Amparano. He was a retired truck driver, devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a devout member of Saint Agnes Mission Church. He served in the Unites States Army during the Korean War. Mike was a life time member of VFW Post 8900. Our dad was a very kind and gentle soul. He had a loving and generous heart and was always giving to others. His joy was having his grandchildren and great-grandchildren around him. He is preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; and two sisters. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Inez Barboza; children, Michael and his wife Pat, Yolanda, Annette, Christy Molinary and her husband Rick, and Lisa Nino and her husband Daniel; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Carmen Pipes, and Josie Gonzales; many nieces, nephews, friends; and special buddy, Vic Contreras, of Pinedale, CA. The family would like to thank everyone for all the prayer's, love and support. A Special thanks to Rev. Fr. Ricardo Magdaleno for his guidance, love and spiritual support. Visitation will be held at St. Agnes Mission Chuch, 111 W. Birch, Pinedale, CA, 93650, on Monday, August 25, 2014, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Agnes Mission Church on Tuesday, August 26, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at Clovis Cemetery.
