Conner Paul Pepin, 21, of Henderson, passed away Aug. 19 in his Henderson home.
He was born July 20, 1997, to Paul D. and Kelly L.  (Black) Pepin in Denver. Conner's educational path included Thimmig Elementary School and Prairie View Middle School and was a 2015 graduate of Brighton High School.  He was slated to start his senior year at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where he was working towards a bachelor's degree in sports management with a marketing minor.  Conner was also on the pitching staff for the Roadrunners' baseball team.
Conner, lovingly known as "Con," "Pep," "C-Pep" or "Con-man," was a fierce competitor who loved sports and was passionate about family and friends. He never failed to carry a smile that would light up a room.  Conner's demeanor and personality were contagious, always joking around and making everyone around him smile.  He was a loyal son, brother and friend who will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of having a part of him touch their life.
Survivors include his parents, Paul and Kelly; a brother Tanner; maternal grandmother, Kerry Black; uncles, aunts and cousins, Mark (Rebecca) Pepin of Longmont, Sara (Don) Suriani, of Loveland, Elizabeth, Emily and Joshua Suriani, Brandt and Kelsey Pepin, Rayven and Everett Nicholas; and many extended aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
His paternal grandparents, Bernie and Betty Pepin; and a brother Tyler, preceded him in death.
Funeral services were Aug. 27 at Brighton High School. The burial at Elmwood Cemetery was private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Brighton High School athletic department or the Adams County Humane Society.
