Daniel "Dan" Owen Connor, 66, passed away Dec. 22 in Brighton, surrounded by family.
He was born in Denver April 27, 1950, to Robert G.Connor (deceased) and Shirley Poland Connor. He graduated from Westminster High School. He spent more than 40 years working as an electrician, a supervisor and the vice president of an electrical company. He was a member of the Westminster Elks for more than 40 years.
Survivors include his mother; his wife, Sharon Connor; daughters Amy Connor Huffman and Lori Connor; son Daniel Connor II; stepson Mark Ford (wife, Tanya Ford); 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters Cindy (Frank) and Robin (Joe) Comeaux; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; and numerous friends.
Dan loved his mountain home at Roadside Trailer Park. He was known for making people smile and laugh with his multiple jokes and pranks. He continued to do that through his final days.
In lieu of flowers, consider donations to the Children's Diabetes Foundation ([email protected]) or any charity of choice, in care of Howe Mortuary in Longmont. Memorial services and a reception were Dec. 29 at the Westminster Elks Club.
