Samuel H. Graeb, 69, of Fort Lupton, passed away Sept. 29.  Sam was born April 2, 1948, to Sam and Ruby (Fitch) Graeb in Hudson.  
Sam grew up and attended schools in Brighton.  Sam was a retired volunteer firefighter for the Greater Brighton Fire Protection District.  He worked at Apollo Music before purchasing the Station Three Lounge in Fort Lupton in 1979.
Sam loved his family and friends. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gambling, eating, talking on the phone and being ornery.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara; his mother, Ruby Graeb; his children, Shelly (Todd) Mettler and Bryan (Kari Fortunato) Graeb; stepson, Tracy (Kathy) Johnson; grandchildren, Nick, Dustin, Tanner, Kailee, Vincent, Reece, Shelby, Kaylie and Sami; siblings Rick (Nancy) Graeb, Bill (Judy) Graeb, Sandi (Don) Cler; and many nephews and nieces.
His father, Sam Graeb; a stepson, Troy Johnson; and a nephew, Ben Graeb, preceded him in death.
Memorial services were Oct. 6 at the Harvest Fellowship Church in Brighton. Tabor-Rice Funeral home handled the arrangements.
