Lillie Mae Blackshear, 98, of Quincy, died on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 in Quincy. She was a member of Salem African Methodist Episcopal Church where her service will be held 11 AM Saturday, July 5, 2014. She will be interred in the Greensboro Community Cemetery. The viewing will be from 3 PM to 8 PM on Friday July 4, 2014 at Bradwell Mortuary in Quincy.

She is survived by her children Hattie M. Blackshear of Quincy, Sallie B. Hinson of Tallahassee, David Blackshear Jr, of Havana, Zachariah Blackshear of Quincy and Belinda B. George of Havana; her stepdaughters, Eva M. Chisolm of Charleston, SC and Emma Wisher of Dothan, AL. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
