Minnie Lou Jacobs Beach passed away Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2017 at her home on Quincy, FL. She was born August 8, 1931 to Minnie Lou Riley and Ponttannoss Jacobs in Fulton, GA. Minnie is survived by the love of her life, Joseph Charles (J.C.) Beach, they were married almost 72 years.

Her survivors are; Sons; Robert E. Beach (Glenda), Roy W. Beach (Joyce), daughter; Vera Renfroe, 11 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren, 12 great, great grandchildren (with 4 more on the way), a sister; Vernell Heilbroun of Douglasville, GA. and a host of friends and family with several special nieces and nephews. Mrs. Minnie was predeceased by her youngest son; Larry Alvin Beach.

Minnie was a hard worker all her life, she worked with Quincy Coco Cola, also was a cook, seamstress, and dorm mother to hundreds while at the Lighthouse Children's Home for over 20 years. Mrs. Minnie aka Maw Maw exemplifies the virtuous woman found in Proverbs 31:10-31.

The service was Friday, Dec. 29 at Grace Baptist Church, with burial at Hillcrest Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Lighthouse Children's Home, 7771 Mahan Dr., Tallahassee, FL 32309. Independent Funeral Home (850-875-1529) handled arrangements.
