It was with great sadness we received the word of Sherry's home-going; however, how we rejoice that she is with her Savior and awaits the reunion of all her dear ones. What a day that will be!! We always remember Sherry with love and much respect. It is so true - she loved life and lived it to the full. Be assured of our prayers for all of you. May our Lord comfort you with the comfort only He can give. Love, to you all,

I got a call from my mom that Sherri was ill a few weeks ago. I am very sorry that my call or card did not come sooner. She was a magnificant lady that touch the lives of so many! She encouraged me to become a teacher as well. Tanner and I feel blessed to have known her. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! I John 3:1 (NIV)

Sherry is my grandparent-in-law who lavished the love of the Father on our grandchildren! This, Al, will last for generations to come.

...it goes without saying how much our family loved Ms. Sherri! She was such a special part of John Wesley's early church life. She shared the love Jesus had for him and how to love and serve Him. Now they are all there together...my heart is so heavy for your family...we love you so much Ms. Sherri!

I want you to know how much you have touched not only my family's lives, but so many others. My children have learned so much from you and I appreciate all you have done for them. Sadie, at only 4 years old is spreading the word about God and when asked how she knows all this she replies "Mrs. Sherry taught me" You were an angel here on earth but am at peace with you running with Jesus in Heaven.

What a blessing and privilege to have known and served our Lord with Sherry. Her love for Him and His children was always evident in her life. She will be greatly missed here on earth, but will be seen again for eternity by the many lives that she touched and influenced while she was here.
May God keep you all in the palm of His loving hand and give you each an extra measure of grace in the times ahead.
