Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. today at Perry Funeral Home Chapel for Henry Ray Baker, 95, Centre, who passed away Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2009, at Gadsden Regional Medical Center. The Rev. Carl Long officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Perry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Baker was the son of the late Robert and Myrtle Ragan Baker. He was retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and was a member of Fairview United Methodist, Centre.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Stanley Baker; son, Billy Joe (Joan) Baker; daughter, Pat (Jerry) Lockridge; five grandchildren, Stephen Baker, Mark (Kelly) Baker, Jamie (Richard) Coker, Jed (Jennifer) Lockridge and Jeana (Scott) McCombs; seven great-grandchildren, Jeb, Jari Hope and Jacy Coker, Shauna and Haley Baker, and Jaren and Jy Lockridge; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers include Stephen Baker, Mark Baker, Jed Lockridge, Richard Coker, Scott McCombs, Jim Davis, Kenneth Lake Williams and Jimmy Griffith. Honorary pallbearers include Kenneth Ray, Tab Chandler and the Jack's Coffee Crew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fairview Cemetery Fund or Fairview Church.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. today, at the funeral home.
