Floyd F. Lewis, 69, Sylvania, died Thursday, June 7, 2012.
He is survived by his family.
Funeral service was at 2 p.m. Saturday at Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Town Creek Cemetery with Rainsville Funeral Home Inc. directing.
