Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Village Chapel for Jerry Earl Reynolds "Sonny," 70, Rainbow City, who died June 16, 2012. Bro. Brandon Renfroe will officiate. Burial will be at Rainbow Memorial Cemetery. Village Chapel Funeral Home and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
Sonny was baptized into Christ on June 10, 2012. He was born in St. Clair County, raised in Attalla and a resident of Rainbow City for 32 years. Sonny was an avid pool player. Mr. Reynolds was preceded in death by his parents, Bose and Annie Reynolds; eight brothers; and two sisters.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Linda Reynolds; children, Jacade (Susan) Reynolds, Reba (Jeff Moore) Reynolds, Angela (Ronald Bouldin) Holderfield, Lora (Steve) Ellis; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Edna Davis and Beatrice (Jack) Mason; mother-in-law; Reba Wilson Mathis; and a host of sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be family and friends. Honorary pallbearer: Dr. Castillo.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 this evening at the funeral home.
