Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Ebenezer Baptist Church for Rosie Looney, 90, Ragland, who died June 19, 2012. The Rev. Thomas Kelley will officiate. Burial will be in Morning Star Cemetery. Christian Memorial Funeral Home directing
She leaves to cherish her memories, son, Benny C. Looney, Lansing, Mich.; daughter, Marilyn and devoted caregiver; Rhodell Byers, JoAnn Looney, Chicago, Ill., Earnestine (Willie) Dixon, Lansing, Mich., Rosie May Looney, Lansing, Mich.; niece, Johnny Mae Wills, Lansing, Mich.; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be from 1 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
