Funeral services for Mrs. Lille Mae Buchanan will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 28, 2012, at Deliverance Church of East Gadsden. She passed June 24, 2012. Minister Rickey Riley will officiate. Burial will be in Lincoln Hill Cemetery. West Gadsden Funeral Home directing.
She leaves to cherish her memories, three sons, Fredrick Jr., Graylin, Steven (Sherry) Buchanan; three daughters, Teresia (Reginald) Young, Debbie (William) Turner of Gadsden, and Nizzie Buchanan of Lincoln; goddaughter, Sarah Garrett; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Catherine Dodwell of Detroit, Mich., Ella Lee Wofford of Gadsden, and Ann McNeal of Detroit, Mich.; and one brother, John (Hazel) Ragland of Zebulon, Ga.; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and many dear friends.
Public viewing will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. today. Family hour will be from 6 to 7 p.m. at West Gadsden Funeral Home. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
