Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. today at Crestwood Funeral Home for Mrs. Thelma (Mot) Harbin, 87, of Anniston, who died Friday, June 29, 2012. Dr. John F. Screws will officiate. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery. Crestwood Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Harbin was a loving Christian woman who never had any children of her own but lovingly raised several as her own. She was an avid collector, having had too many hobbies to mention. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by all.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Audrey Harbin; parents, Jess and Florence Barron; and brother, Richard Guyton.
She is survived by sister, Sarah (Carl Sr.) Clark; and chosen son, Carl (Sheri) Clark Jr.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2 until the time of service today at the funeral home.
