Funeral services for Mrs. Lois Adell Faulk, 87, of Gadsden, will be at 2 p.m. on Monday at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Drs. Larry Ballard and Gary Ragsdale officiating. The family will receive friends Monday from 1 p.m. till service time at the funeral home.
Mrs. Faulk passed away Thursday, July 5, 2012, at Gadsden Health Care.
Mrs. Faulk is survived by her daughters, Rebecca "Becky" (Larry) Ballard, Bobbie Dmitrovich and Sandy (Perry) Phillips; son, Steve (Debra) Faulk; seven sisters; four brothers; grandchildren, Michael Ballard, Joseph Ballard, Beth Ballard Crain, Shane Phillips, Matt Phillips, Jason Faulk, Nicholas Dmitrovich and Crissy Dmitrovich; great-grandchildren, Gabriel Crain, Kayla Snyder, Landon Phillips and Lola Phillips; great-great-grandchild, Scarlet Ballard; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be friends and family.
Mrs. Faulk was a native of Alexandria, where she was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church for 20 years, and retired from Anniston Army Depot.
Mrs. Faulk was preceded in death by her husband, Charles G. Faulk.
The family would like to send a special thank you to Gadsden Health Care, Southern Care Hospice, Gadsden Regional Medical Center, Dr. Courtney Lowe (Deb) and Dr. Thomas Corley.
