Vickie Barber Downer, 55, Fort Payne, died Sunday, July 8, 2012.
She is survived by her family.
Funeral service will be at 4 p.m. today in the Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Kirk Memorial Gardens. Rainsville Funeral Home directing.
