Leo Jerome Cooke, 80, Albertville, died July 30, 2012.
He is survived by his family.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Providence Missionary Baptist Church, Collinsville.
Village Chapel Funeral Home and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
