Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at Covenant Christian Church for Debra W. Barron, 62, of Hokes Bluff, who went to be with the Lord March 22, 2014. Dr. Rodney Gilmore and the Rev. Donnie Rader will officiate. Cremation services provided by Glencoe-Hokes Bluff Funeral Home & Cemetery.

Debra was born September 2, 1951, on Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Ala. She was the daughter of the late William Travis Wolfe and Elizabeth Howard. She was the oldest of six siblings. On April 16, 1966, she married Mark C. Barron. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Debra was employed by Bellsouth for 28 years as a directory assistance operator. She was a faithful member of Covenant Christian Church, where she loved her church family. She also enjoyed volunteering for various outreach programs.
Debra was preceded in death by her grandparents, Orbie D. and Adell Molock; brother, Michael Wolfe; and sister, Martha Wolfe.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Mark C. Barron; children, Tammy Barron Condray, Lisa Barron (Richard) Jones, Esther Barron (Jeff) Langley, Julie Barron (Greg) Pollard and Clifford Barron; grandchildren, Jessica (Brian), Mallory, Cory (Amanda), Kayla (Cody), Halely (Luke), Seth and Luke; great-grandchildren, Parker, Ryder and Marly; siblings, Melissa Willingham, Lynn White and Julia Bowen.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 this evening at the funeral home.
