Funeral will be at 3 p.m. Thursday graveside at Crestwood Cemetery for Mrs. Gail Spraggins Clough, 70, of Glencoe, who died Monday at Gadsden Regional Medical Center. Minister Kevin Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Clough was a longtime member of Gadsden Church of Christ, graduated from Glencoe High School and was a regular volunteer at Hokes Bluff Methodist Church Soup Kitchen. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister.
She was a friend to all, and her familiar shining smile will be dearly missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy "Pahoo" Clough; parents, Homer and Willodean Spraggins; brother, Felton Spraggins Jr.
She is survived by her son, Martin (Sherry) Clough; daughter, Deena (Mark) Scott; grandchildren, Madison Clough, Morgan and Marcus Scott; great-grandson, Abel Richey; sister, Marcella, of Tampa, Fla.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Dixon, Heath Blair, Kip Jones and David, Mark and Steve Clough.
Special thanks to the staff of Gadsden Regional Medical Center, Dr. Warren, RN Brett Lavender and Amedisys Hospice.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 5 until 7 p.m.
