Ted Childers Obituary
Mr. Childers passed away Saturday, Oct. 14, 2012, at his residence.
He was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Gadsden.
Mr. Childers is survived by his wife, Anne McCary Childers; children, Jonathan, Molly and Maggie Childers; brothers, Drew (Barbara) Childers and Wade Childers; brother-in-law, James (Sarah) Sloan; and his nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. this evening at St. James Catholic Church in Gadsden.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. James Catholic School.

I went to school at Weaver with Ted and i have so many memories of he and I growing up around Weaver.I am so sorry to hear about Ted. He was a good guy.My prayers go out to the family.

Ted will be missed by all who ever knew him. Worked with him as well as his sister in-law Barbera for years at RMC. Always made you laugh. Grew up with him in Weaver, was a dear friend and even a brother in-law at one time. My prayers go out to the family.
