Lake Butler - Deborah Lynn "Debbie" Klemons Etheridge, 57 of rural Lake Butler died Monday morning at her residence after a sudden illness. Mrs. Etheridge was born in Gainesville. She was a longtime resident of Lake Butler. She was a Secretary Specialist for the Florida Department of Corrections. She was a Baptist. She was the daughter of the late Amos and Gladys Beckham Klemons.

Mrs. Etheridge is survived by her husband Stephen L. Etheridge of rural Lake Butler;4 daughters, Amanda (husband Brough) Allen of Interlachen, Jessica (husband Joe) Santos of Keystone Heights, Jamie (husband Matt) Tomlinson of Lake Butler, Julie Etheridge of Lake Butler; 2 sisters Joyce Johnson of Interlachen and Fritz Davis of Waldo; 1 brother, Dan Ford of Newport, Tennessee; 6 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 8, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at the First Baptist Church of Lake Butler with Pastor Jason Johns officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery near Lake Butler. Archer Funeral Home of Lake Butler is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends at Archer Funeral Home Thursday evening from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M.
