WEEKS, ERNESTINE
Ernestine Weeks, 92, a lifelong resident of Gainesville, passed away on Monday, November 19, 2012, at Palm Garden of Gainesville. Ernestine was born in Archer and worked until her retirement as a manager with Southern Bell, (now Bellsouth). She also worked in communications at Tacachale. Ernestine was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in LaCrosse. She loved flowers and cooking.
She was predeceased by her husband Walter Weeks. Survivors include her son Gregory (Cheryl) Weeks of Gainesville, grandchildren Trevyr and Tyler Ray, great grandchild Tanna Ray, sister Maxine (Bill) Frazer of West Point, GA, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 1-2 Wednesday at Milam Funeral Home in Gainesville. Graveside service will be 3pm Wednesday at Newnansville Cemetery in Alachua.
