The family would like to thank all the people who have shown such wonderful care and kindness to Godfrey, especially Dr. Fran Smith whose skill allowed him to keep his eyesight, to the VA Home-Based Primary Care Team whose compassion and expertise allowed him to stay in his home for as long as possible, and to the incredible staff at Haven Hospice whose kindness and care will never be forgotten. Additionally, the church family at St. Madeleine have been a source of strength to Godfrey, and he always kept many of them in prayer by name.

There will be a service at St. Madeleine Catholic Church in High Springs on Saturday the 21st at 10:30am.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St. Madeleine Community Outreach or Haven Hospice.
