Ocala - James "Bulldog" Roger Coleman, 64, of Ocala, died November 17th, 2012 of cancer.

He was born November 16, 1948 in Gainesville, attended Gainesville High, and graduated from Trenton High School. He served our country as a Sergeant in the Marine Corps in Vietnam. He has been training and working with race horses in Ocala for the past several years. He was predeceased by parents, Norris L. and Nell W. Coleman and Mona B. Coleman of Gainesville and special Uncle and Aunt James O. and Louse Coleman of Trenton.

Jimmy leaves to remember him, his siblings Thelma Beck (Phil) of Valdosta, GA, Barbara Nixon of Alachua, Randal Coleman (Betsy) of Gainesville and William Coleman (Deborah) of Earleton and cousin Lucy C. Lacy (Rod) of Trenton; and nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and many loyal friends.

Memorial service and internment will take place Friday December 7th, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, Gainesville, 401 S.E. 21st Ave., off Waldo Rd., turn east onto S.E. 4th St.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Marion Co., 3231 S.W. 34th Ave., Ocala, FL 34474.
