Gainesville - Patricia Mary Marsh, 81, passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2012.

Born on October 26, 1931 in North Arlington, N.J. to William and Annie Hughes. Pat attended schools in North Arlington and East Orange, N.J. Moving to Florida with her husband and two children in 1958 they settled in Jacksonville to be near her parents and siblings. Eventually Pat, her husband Claude and their four children moved to Gainesville in 1971.

Pat was an outgoing and caring person which made her a natural fit as a Medical Assistant for Tower Medical Group. Eventually she left the group and went into the private practice of Dr. Arthur Mauceri. Upon her retirement from the medical field, Pat eagerly joined her husband and three of her children in the family business, Marsh Printing Co. Inc.

Pat was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who took great pride in her family. She was married to her loving husband Claude Marsh for 60 years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her 4 children, Cheryl Stanford (Dan), children, Caitlin and Lannon. Kevin Marsh (Rhonda), children, Andrew (Kim), and Gregory. Scott Marsh (Lisa), and children Emily and Rachael, all in Gainesville. Terri Parsons (Scoty), and children Ryan, and Cory of Orlando, Fl. Brothers John Hughes(Pat), Bill Hughes (Linda), sisters, Barbara Strobl (Jack), Sheila Roebig (Don), Brenda Wilson (Larry), Paula Horne.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, 9:30 A.M. at Holy Faith Catholic Church, Fr. John Phillips officiating. Vigil will be at the church on Thursday evening, Jan. 3rd at 6:00 P.M. Inurnment will be in the columbarium at Queen of Peace Catholic Church at a later date.
