MOSLEY, WILLIE JAMES

Gainesville - Willie J. Mosley, 58, passed away Oct. 30, 2012 at his home.

A native of Interlachen, FL. He moved to Gainesville, FL. from Ocala, FL 23 years ago. Willie was a U.S. Army Veteran, he was preceded in death by two siblings Alice P. Mosley, and Johnny Mosley.

Precious memories will live on in the hearts of: A loving wife Delores Q. Mosley, Gainesville, FL, one son, Corey Mosley, Ft. Lauderdale, FL; four stepchildren, DeAnndra Johnson, Calvin Johnson, Daniel Davis, and Rodney Walker all of Gainesville, FL; two brothers Thomas Mosley, and Henry Mosley both of Ocala, FL.; three sisters Helen Sims, Atlanta, GA., Shirley Drayton, and Betty Mosley Goodwin both of Ocala, FL., one grandchild, and 13 stepgrandchildren.

Funeral Services for Mr. Mosley will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012 at Springhill Baptist Church Rev. Adrian S. Taylor, Pastor, Chaplain Glenn Busby, officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery under the care of Chestnut Funeral Home 18 N.W. 8th Ave Gainesville, FL. Visitation Friday, Chestnut Memorial Chapel 2:00-7:00 PM and on Saturday at the church one hour before the service. The cortege will form at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Mosley at 10:15 AM.
