DANIELS, MAMIE
Mamie Daniels, 93, passed away May 6, 2012 at Shands Hospital. A native of Worth County Georgia, she came to Gainesville from Ft. Pierce, FL in 2001. She was a member of St. Matthews Baptist Church in Ft. Pierce. Survivors include: Daughter Patricia Garrison, (Andrew) Gainesville, FL. four sisters Catherine Nelson, Albany GA Shirley Dean Ford, Cordele, GA., Clara Ray, Tampa, FL., Rose Hamilton, Cordele, Ga. four grandchildren, a host of great grands nieces, nephews, cousins. Funeral Services for Mrs. Daniels will be held at 3:00 PM Sat. May 12, 2012 at Chestnut Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ernest Bryant officiating. Burial will follow on Monday, May 14, 2012 at Hillcrest Memorial Garden Ft. Pierce, FL at 1:00 PM under the care of Chestnut Funeral Home 18 N.W. 8th Ave Gainesville, FL. Visitation Friday Chestnut Memorial Chapel 2:00-7:00 PM and on Saturday one hour before the service. The cortege will form at the home of Mrs. Mamie Blackshear 4322 S.E. 4th Ave at 2:15 PM.
