JOHN CONRAD, JR.
John Conrad Shelton Jr., known to his family and friends as Jack, died of cancer on June 9, 2012 in his home in Baltimore, MD. He was surrounded by family.
Jack is survived by his wife, Nancy Rankie Shelton; his son, John Conrad Shelton III; his daughter-in-law, Kiley Young Shelton; and other family members. Jack, a research scientist and son of the sea, lived in both Baltimore, MD and in Gainesville, FL.
Born 12/20/53, he was a University of Florida graduate who is well-loved by his family and friends; they will remember him in a memorial service in Crystal River, FL. The service will be held on Saturday, June 23 at 7 pm at the Plantation Inn at Crystal River.
