Gainesville - Lewis Jackson, age 71, Retired Cook, Son of the late Daisy & Bosie Jackson Sr., left this earthly scene on February 17, 2014.

Funeral Services will be held 3:00PM Saturday, February 22, 2014, at Bartley Temple United Methodist Church (Gainesville, FL) with the Pastor, Reverend Mary Mitchell, as Officiant & Reverend Claude Bonds as Eulogist. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery. Mr. Jackson will be viewed at the Funeral Home on Friday 2:00-7:00PM - At the Church on Saturday 30 Minutes prior to the Services - And with the Processional. The Procession will form at the home of his daughter & son-in-law - Yvette & Keith Wimberly, 2223 NE 13th Avenue, Gainesville, at 2:30PM.

Those left to cherish his memory are: wife - Sharon Gaye Jackson; children - Larry Jackson, Teressa Elaine Archer (& Larry), Reginald Jackson, Sr. (& June), Ola Yvette Wimberly (& Keith), Alex Jackson and Danielle Clemons (Darron Jackson preceded him in death); step children - Carla Roberson, Charlie Roberson, and Carlos Washington; sister - Eddie Mae Mitchell (& Harry); 16 grands; 6 great grands; in-laws; and a host of nieces & nephews, cousins, & friends.
