PAULINE HILLIARD, 82

Gainesville - Pauline Hilliard Coleman, of Gainesville, died peacefully at home Tuesday, June 17, 2014. She was 82.

Born in Marco Island, FL, her family moved to Cross City when she was very young, and this is where she was raised, and lived, until marrying her loving husband of 59 years, William Coleman. She was not only a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, but she was also office manager and bookkeeper for their business, William Coleman Building Contractor, for 50 years. She loved bird watching and traveling, and she was also very active and worked tirelessly at Pine Grove Baptist Church.

Pauline was preceded in death by her four sisters: Edith Dees, Ginger Lindsey, Joyce Bryan, and Rachel Roberts; and her oldest brother, Richard Hilliard. She is not only survived by her husband, William, but also her daughter, Gina Coleman Rivera; her son, Winfrey Kimball Coleman; her brother, Jerry Hilliard; and three granddaughters, Christa and Elisa Rivera and Kimberlee Coleman.

The family will receive friends at the Milam Funeral Home in Newberry on Thursday, June 19, 2014 from 2PM until 3PM, which then the funeral service will commence. Burial will be held in Cherry Sink Cemetery in Trenton. Flowers are welcome, but those who wish may make memorial contributions in Pauline's memory to Haven Hospice, 4200 NW 90th Blvd, Gainesville, FL 32606.
