BEIGER, THEODORE JR., 66

Gainesville - Theodore Beiger, Jr., 66, of Gainesville passed away March 4, 2013 at Shands at UF. He was born in Trenton, NJ and moved to Gainesville from Maitland where he graduated High School. He received an A.A. Degree from Santa Fe and attended the University of Florida. Ted served in the U.S. Air Force and owned his own company for over 40 years, Ted Beiger Painting Company. He enjoyed photography, golfing and walking but most of all he loved sports, especially Gator sports.

Ted was preceded in death by his father Theodore Beiger, Sr. and mother Bette Beiger Lang. He is survived by his wife Lynda Beiger, son Brandon Beiger, step-daughters Tonya Battese, Samantha Brimer, Melissa Abfalter, sisters Diane Jones, Nanette Furrow (Mike), Laurel Beiger and Renee Strickland (Ed), and his dog Petee.
