DOUGLAS "DOUG", 70

Archer - Lowell Douglas "Doug" Fields, age 70 passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at his home in Archer. He was born in Hindman, KY January 9, 1943 to Melvin and Imogene Pigman Fields.

He worked with Fields Controls and Automated Controls for over 40 years and was a member of the Elks Lodge #990.

He is survived by his wife Lynn Dowling of Archer; daughter, Denese Wethy of Lake Butler; children, Angela Hunt-Dixon of Newberry, Todd Eric Mooney, Rick and Joe Waddell all of Gainesville; brothers, Ron and Mitch Fields both of Chillicothe, OH, Greg Fields of Jackson, OH, and 12 grandchildren.

A private service for family and friends will be held at his home Sunday, March 10, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Arrangements are under the care of WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME WESTAREA, 823 N.W. 143rd Street.
