Mr. Mark Edward Moore, age 55, of Braselton passed away suddenly Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, while in Washington, D.C., on Wiss, Janney, Elstner business.

Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2013, from the chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery. Bishop Todd Haycock will officiate. The family will receive friends 4-8 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2013, at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.
Mr. Moore was born March 30, 1957, to Tommy English Moore and the late Vernon Moore, in Fullerton, Calif., and was a senior principle of Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates Inc., headquartered in Northbrook, Ill. Mark earned his Bachelor Degree in civil engineering from Purdue University, and a Masters of structural engineering from The University of Texas. Mr. Moore was president of The Executive Estate Chateau Elan Home Owners Association for the past five years. He was the Committee Chair and Life to Eagle Advisor for Boy Scout Troop 534. His three sons are all Eagle Scouts.
Survivors include wife, Carrie Moore, Braselton; son and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Amanda Moore, Hampton, Va.; sons, Drew Moore, Atlanta; and Matthew Moore, Braselton; mother, Tommy Moore, Lawrenceville; and brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Judy Moore, St. Louis, Mo.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mark Moore's name to Northeast Georgia Boy Scouts of America (NEGA BSA), PO Box 399, Jefferson, GA 30549.
