Ricci Reginald Suggs, 53, of Cleveland passed away Friday, May 18, 2012, at Emory University Hospital following an brief illness.
Memorial services will be held Sunday, May 20, 2012, at 3:30 p.m. from the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with the Rev. Dustin Ledford officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:30-3:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Suggs was born Jan. 29, 1959, in Gainesville to Maurice and Mary Joan Ellard Suggs. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was a member of Montgomery Memorial Baptist Church.
Mr. Suggs is survived by his wife, Diane Suggs of Cleveland; daughter and son-in-law, Tanya and Craig Carpenter of Dawsonville; daughter, Lauren Yates of Athens; daughter, Jennifer Yates of Hiawassee; son, Adam Suggs of Dahlonega; granddaughters, Keeley Carpenter, Faith Smith, Alexis Yates and Allison Yates; brother, Barry Suggs of Gainesville; stepsister, Kim Broome of Savannah; and stepbrother, Joel Kriner of Kernerville, N.C.
Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Road, Gainesville, GA 30504 is in charge of arrangements.
