Tina Marie Davidson Ball, age 46, of Winder passed away on Tuesday morning, Nov. 13, 2012, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.|
Memorial services are scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. The Rev. Gloria Gilstrap will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, from 2–3 p.m., prior to the service at the funeral home.
Ms. Ball was born July 27, 1966, in Marietta to George Phillip Davidson and Janice Marie Parker Lingerfelt. She was employed with the United States Post Office until she became disabled and was of the Baptist faith. Tina was preceded in death by her father, George Phillip Davidson; her grandfathers, George Otis Davidson, Ben Lingerfelt and Joe W. "Slim" Parker; and one of her grandmothers, Loretta Parker Ballew.
Ms. Ball is survived by her parents, Harold and Janice Lingerfelt of Gainesville; sister and brother-in-law, Misty and Chris Keistler of Gainesville; son, Andrew Justin Floyd of Oxford University, England; grandmothers, Frances Davidson of Baldwin and Bonnie Lingerfelt of Dahlonega; uncle, Walter Davidson of Cleveland; aunts and uncles, Gloria and Reggie Elrod of Alto, Virgie and Don Bagwell of Savannah and Edna and Paul Lingerfelt of Gainesville; aunts, Linda Stephens of Gainesville and Joni West of Dahlonega; and a number of cousins and other relatives.
