Infant Jaxon Reese Funk, of Hillsville, died May 24, 2012, at the Roanoke Memorial Hospital, Roanoke.
Survivors include his parents, Michael and Courtney Funk of Hillsville; brothers, Levi Funk of Ennice, N.C., Zackrey Funk of Hillsville and Landon Funk of Hillsville; his grandfather, Michael Robinson of Woodlawn; grandmother, Patricia Elliott of Hillsville; and great-grandparents, Dorothy and Ivan Robinson of Woodlawn.
A graveside service was held Monday at 1 p.m. in the Providence Cemetery.
Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home, Galax, was in charge of arrangements.
