Eleanor Lockhart Stepro Weisenburg, 96, of Galion, formerly of Northfield, died Monday Dec. 10, 2012 at Olentangy Woods in Galion.
Born July 6, 1916 she was the daughter of the late William and Sadie Lockhart.. In 1944 she married Leo-nard K. Stepro who died in 1968. In 1975 she married William Weisenburg who died in 2005.
A 1939 graduate of Miami University, she taught kindergarten in Nordonia Hills for over 30 years and was a member of Northfield Presbyterian Church for 84 years.
Surviving are a son, William (Marilyn) Stepro of Galion and two grandsons, Mark (Nicki) Stepro of Los Angeles and Kevin Stepro of Columbus; three step-daughters, Kathy (Gary) Robinson, Pat Webster and Susan Weisenburg; five step-grandchildren, Brittany, Leah and Rachel Robinson and Megan and Brad Webster; a sister Alice (Roy) Smith and several nieces and nephews.
At Eleanor's request there will be no calling hours or funeral service. Funeral arrangements are in the care of Richardson-Davis Funeral Home in Galion.
