Michael Warren Cramer, 63, of Galion passed away, Friday morning, June 6, 2014 at his residence. His death was unexpected.
He was born September 4, 1950 in Galion and was the son of Warren and Ruth (Neumann) Cramer.
Michael is survived by his loving wife of 35 years Chris (Scheerer) Cramer who he married on March 3, 1979. He is also survived by a son, James D. Cramer of Galion; two brothers, Larry Cramer of Shelby and Steve Cramer of South Carolina.
Michael is preceded in death by his father, Warren Cramer; mother Ruth Gwirtz; sister, Kathy Lewis and a brother James Cramer.
He graduated from Galion High School in 1970 and proudly served his county in the U.S. Air Force from 1971-1975 and in the U.S. Navy from 1979 to 1994, stationed in San Francisco, Norfolk and Key West. Michael enjoyed bowling, fishing,OSU football and loved the Cleveland Indians. He will be sadly missed by his 2 dogs, Sassy and Benji.
There will be no visitation and a memorial service will be at a later date.
