Christopher M. Mundy, 64, of East Beal Ave., Bucyrus, died Sunday, August 3, 2014 at his home. He had been in declining health.
Christopher was born in Richland, WA on February 15, 1950 to the late Eugene and Dorothy Enos.
A proud veteran, Christopher served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He came to the area from Columbus 17 years ago. Christopher retired from Sabin-Robbins in Mansfield as a machinist.
He is survived by his two sons, Nick Mundy of Bucyrus, and Matt Mundy of Galion, his soon to be born granddaughter Taylor Mundy, his brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Doreen Enos of Warren, his sister, Virginia Vertigliano of New York; and his wife of 29 years, Reva (Chafin) Mundy.
He was preceded in death by his brother Eugene Enos.
Friends may call Friday August 15, 2014 from 6-8:00 P.M. at the Mark A. Schneider Funeral Home, Crestline. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 16, at the funeral home, with Deacon Bill Horning officiating. Full military honors will be given following the memorial service at the funeral home by the U.S. Army and the Crestline/Galion veterans organizations.
