GASTONIA - Earl "Nick" Teeter, 73, passed away Dec. 29, 2012, at the Brian Center, Gastonia.
He was born Oct. 24, 1939, in Cramerton, son of the late Earl Bangle Teeter Sr. and Fredonia Virginia "Mutt" Shavers Teeter.
A celebration of life will be held noon Sunday at Trinity United Methodist Church, Gastonia, officiated by the Rev. Paul Brown.
Interment is private.
Mr. Teeter was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
He is survived by: son, Earl "Shawn" Teeter and wife Angela Eichel; granddaughters, Jaclyn Amber, Jessica Brandi, Brittany Aspen, Catlina Morgana, Rebecca Bailey, and Lydia Ombra Teeter, Danielle Racheal Falzarrano; five great-grandsons; two great-granddaughters; cousins, Pat and Marlin Atkins and family; aunt, Joann England and her husband, Roy England.
Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.

Good bye my dear friend. You fought a good fight but God wanted you in heaven. You will be missed greatly! Enjoyed our talks and friendship over the many years. God Bless You and may he be with the family now.We will see each other again some day. Until then, Ron Dickenson

A better friend you could not have found.He was a very giving person and would ask nothing in return.A wonderful father and grandfather and a great provider.I will miss him very much.
