Deborah Keller Johns, 60, passed away Dec. 14, 2014, at Caromont Regional Medical Center. She was born May 22, 1954 native of Gaston County, daughter of the late, William Fields and Jean Ca-ble. A celebration of life service will be held 4 p.m. Thursday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S. York Road, Gastonia. Jenkins, Rosa*  
Gastonia-Mrs. Rosa Stepp Jenkins went home to be with her heavenly Father, Friday, Dec. 12, 2014 at Courtland Terrace. She was born Feb. 5, 1926 in Gaston County, a daughter of the late Andrew and Celo Adams Mauney. Rosa was a member of Gateway Baptist Church (Modena St. Baptist) and retired from Easco Hand Tools. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Troy James Stepp, sisters, Bertha Miller, Elizabeth Bright, and Billie Love, and by her brothers, Fred Mauney and Carl Mauney. Rosa is survived by her husband of 20 years, Hubert A. Jenkins; daughters, Patricia Lewis and husband Randy, all of Gastonia; Ann Bradshaw and husband Johnnie Mack of Belmont; son, James "Spud" Stepp and wife Star; sister, Janell Friar, all of Gastonia; grandchildren, Dawn Propst and husband Jimmy; Julie Dennis and fiancé Monte Pace, all of Dallas; Shane Lewis and wife Brandi; Marty Bradshaw and wife An-gela; Jamie Denton and husband Joey, all of Gastonia; Shanna Revels and Ken Rhodes of Lake Wylie, SC; Michael Stepp and wife Rebecca of Gastonia; 18 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff at Courtland Terrace for the care, love, and com-passion they gave to our Mom. The family will receive friends Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014 from 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. at McLean Funeral Direc-tors of Gastonia, with the service following at 3 p.m. in Founders Chapel at the funeral home officiated by Rev. Bill Mauney and Rev. Joey Denton. Interment will follow the service at Hollywood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Modena St. Baptist Church, 734 Modena St., Gastonia, NC 28054.
