BESSEMER CITY - Mary Lanier Hoyle, 82, passed away Feb. 6, 2014, at Kings Mountain Hospice House.
She was born Oct. 23, 1931, in Kings Mountain, to the late Gallie Ramsey Lanier and Luther Lanier.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Bill Hoyle, infant son, Grady Kim Hoyle, sisters, Mamie Jenkins, Ruth Hughes, broth-ers, Freelon Ramsey and Jack Lanier.
She is survived by daughters Dean Capps and husband Chuck, Michelle Brockman and husband Mike, grandsons, Josh Capps and wife Jes-sica, Ethan and Zane Brockman and great grandchildren Grayson and Paisley Capps.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Sisk-Butler Funeral & Cremation Services and other times at the
Brockman house, 350 Old Mill Road, Bessemer City.
A graveside service will follow at 3 p.m. at Westview Gardens Cemetery, Bessemer City with the Rev. Wes Brown officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kings Mountain Hospice House.
