I am Steve's daughter, Martha Jane.
I want to express my sadness and upset over the fact that I inadvertantly left out Steve's brother's name from the obituary.
Ray Everette Arrowood was Steve's eldest brother and much loved by Steve. Ray sadly passed many years ago and in my grief I simply was not thinking straight. I am sorry for any hurt that this may have caused for Ray's family. They are all very much loved and I want them to know this.
I asked for everyone to look the information over and no one saw my omission..
Please forgive me for this. It saddens my heart to think that I left Ray out.
Dad loved him so much.
Thanks for all of your kind words and deeds during this time of deep loss for our family.
We are blessed to be so loved.

I really wish I had gotten the chance to visit with Uncle Steve once more. I remember the day we went to the cemetary when I was in my teens and he told me the story about the flowers there. It is one of my treasured memories. Uncle Steve was no stranger to generosity. God bless you all during this time.

I will miss him so much. He was like the father I lost many years ago. He was so much like my dad, his brother. Full of love. I love you all and do wish I could be there with you.

Rebecca and I are so sorry to read about Steve. We always enjoyed talking to him when he came over to our house. We will miss him dearly. May God bless you and your family. We moved to Wichita to be near my son after Troy passed away. He thought the world of Steve.
