LINCOLNTON -- Betty Short Bennett, 75, of 994 Pointview Lane, died June 16,2012 at her residence.
She was born in Gaston County on Jan 3, 1937, a daughter of the late Roland and Becky Trammell Short.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Leonard's Fork Baptist Church with Rev. Roy Wayne Brittain officiating with burial in forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday at Carpenter's Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. and other times at the home.
