SHELBY - Betty Clairenteen Kennerley Lawing, 80, of 843 E. Zion Church Road, died July 5, 2012, at Cleveland Re-gional Medical Center in Shelby.
Born June 21, 1932, in Mecklenburg County, she was a daughter of the late Walter Wesley Kennerley and Edith Florence Parker Kennerley.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Hillcrest Gardens, Mount Holly.
The family will greet friends following the graveside service.
